Edward R. Nista
Edward is the owner and designated broker of New Suncook Real Estate in Lovell Maine, which he founded 1995. He has been a resident of the town of
Lovell for 35 years, raised two children in Lovell, Maine, and has served on many community and business based boards and organizations – and recently - as
the 2006 president of the Western Maine Board of Realtors.
Edward is a past member of the Lovell Planning Board, past director of the Greater Lovell Land
Trust, formerly a member of the town of Lovell's Budget Committee and a founding member of the town of Lovell's Web Site and Invasive Plant Prevention
Committees. With his background as a building contractor (carpenter by trade) Ed knows residential property like very few other brokers. Please take the
